My book review of Learn to Knit, Love to Knit by Anna Wilkinson has just been published in this week's issue of Gathered Magazine by Mollie Makes. Above is a sneaky preview, to read the full article head over to the link above where you can download a copy to your iPad. If you haven't checked out Anna's book yet then get onto it toot sweet! I can't wait to whip up those quirky-wonderful fingerless gloves...

  1. How to write an effective review for your blog

Share your point of view. People usually read reviews to make it easier for them to make a purchase (use) of a product (service). Therefore, they are usually not so interested in reading about the technical features (which can be found in the official documentation), but much more interesting to get acquainted with the opinion of the user you are!
Post a rating. Sometimes numbers can describe a product better than words. Especially when it comes to comparing multiple products.
Try to stay balanced. Even if you share your subjective point of view, it does not mean that you cannot be balanced. The review should have both advantages and disadvantages. After all, you don't want to fool your readers.
